Default Re: QQ hand meets a paired flop

Read-dependent, the only other line I imagine would be folding to the turn raise.

The waiting until the turn to raise on this board definitely smells of something that has you beaten like a drum.

I probalby play it the same way though, because I think I have a big 2BB/hand lead of calling down turn raises and rivers when I'm fairly sure I'm beat.

Is there a better line?

Royal Vegas 0,10/0,20 - 8 handed

Hero is UTG+2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises, MP calls, MP+2 folds, button
folds, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls.

Flop: (7,4 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

UTG checks, Hero bets, MP calls, UTG folds.

TURN: (4,7 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Hero bets, MP raises, Hero calls.

(Give up here?)

River: (8,7 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero checks, MP bets, Hero calls.
