The LT-P468W does pretty well in terms of I/O versatility, though all the connectors are perpendicular to the set's back panel. When you factor in the unit's weight (close to 100 pounds), it isn't going to be very amenable to a wall-hanging installation.

On the upside, this Samsung panel is very PC-friendly, offering both DVI and VGA connectors to display your PC's GUI in 1920x1080 glory .


It also has a native HDMI port, so it's ready for the next generation of set-top boxes, DVD players and other high-definition sources. The finishing touch is an optical S/PDIF output to forward a digital audio bitstream that accompanies an HDTV transmission to your home theater receiver.
