Default this one perplexed me 5/10 NLHE

5/10 NLHE at Borgata this weekend. A weak, loose player (Larry) limps in early position (he has $800). Several other limpers, I limp with A8o (I have $1500.) Button calls behind me ($400), blinds check. Pot is about $50.

Flop is AA6 with a flush draw. Checked to me, I throw out a green chip. I am deliberately underbetting to try and look weak. Button calls behind me. Now Larry check raises to $150 straight. I am fairly certain he has an ace, but I am unsure of his kicker. However, it is likely to be a low kicker since he limped in early position. But, I don't feel confident enough to commit my whole stack be reraising. So I flat call. Button folds. Heads up.

Turn is a 6, board is AA66. Larry bets $250, and has $400 left.

Now I was a little confused. There is a small chance he has quads 6's, but that is unlikely given the betting. So we are obviously chopping right now, but either of us could win if we hit our kicker on the river. So do I flat call, or move all in? If I flat call, what if the river is a high card and he moves in?
