BB/100 is good, and that's the only real stat that matters, so keep a close eye on that.
Like someone said, you're playing too many hands. Try to cut down on some of the marginal ones. Plus, toss your bad hands earlier to get your win percentage at showdown up.
With the AK, the problem is, like most people, you're overplaying this. You're taking it to showdown almost half the time. If you don't hit this hand you need to let it go.
