Online winrates are generally measured in BB/100 hands. This is much more accurate than measuring per hour for obvious reasons. With that said you get less hands per hour in Omaha8 so the winrate would have to be higher to equal holdem.
In any case the earn is probably similar for an expert in both. It is hard to compete with 50 hands per hour in Omaha8 to 90+ in a 4-sixmax game.
