The Gaming Club cash-out Yesterday???

I was wondering if this is normal...
I cashed out $200 from The Gaming Club yesterday and did NOT receive any kind of a confirmation e-mail or anything. The $200 has been deducted from my account... but no e-mail. Is this standard practice?
Also, any comments on this will be welcomed too...
I deposited $200 as a new player in December to start working off that bonus they were having. I ended up never playing even one hand (too busy).
I've heard that they sometimes require all kinds of personal verification information to be sent to them for a cash-out.
Do you think this might be the case even though I bought in for $200... never played a hand... then cashed-out for that same $200?
Any help with this is appreciated... especially the part about not receiving any e-mail about my cash-out.
