I don't KNOW if you are or not...but as a practicing physician for the past twenty years, I STRONGLY SUSPECT THAT YOU ARE!!!
A couple of suggestons that have already been given are excellent and I strongly suggest you follow them:
1. Don't drink
2. Join AA
