What's a high hand payout (from a Seattle poster)?

If you make a house, of say Aces full of tens, then that goes up on the high hand board. If it's the best hand of that hour you get a bonus. It's a nice little bonus if you happen to make Quads or a Straight flush or Aces full. With 3 tables or possibly only 1 table a house is going to take it down most hours.
