Yes, you should be concerned with your low ITM%. The unbalanced finishes are mostly due to luck, as not even the best of players can be that skilled in the end game with huge blinds.

I imagine you are getting into way too many bubble coinflips, which may account for some of the firsts and also your ITM%. Evaluate your histories and look at the kinds of situations where you should be folding, as opposed to playing.

The biggest piece of advice... stop calling for all your chips on the bubble, unless you have a very big hand. From what you posted it seems your the type who would never lay down AJ to a push 4 handed. You have to learn the correct situations to call with this type of hand, and fold with it
