I have had similar problem with WH. It took over two months to get my money. I can't tell you exactly how long as I have hypnotised myself to try and forget the whole situation.
It was the worst example of customer service I have ever encountered, online or in the real world. And for that pleasure I paid about $2,000 in rake.
I suspect that now your case has been picked up by a Gaming Club bod on this forum you should see some result relatively quickly.
Until then just grimace and bear it.
