i understand your frustration, i really do. however, prima is known for being very strict, which i personally think is great. however, of all the people complaining about having to send stuff, i have never heard of documents being rejected like this. this is not common, even for prima.

i'm certain that everything will work out if you are on the up and up. people complain about document requests all the time, but once they send them, the problem is always solved. something weird is happening here and i am sure they will explain to you privately why you have more hoops to jump through than most.

fwiw, i play all of the bellerock casinos and once i sent the documents cashouts now take exactly 24 hours, not a minute longer.
