Seems to me that his only possible holdings are:
a) a set
b) a flush draw
c) a flush draw + a Q
d) the nuts straight
assuming he most likely would have raised an overpair pre-flop.

If he has a set, then he has 7 outs on the turn and will gain 3 more on the river. You are favored.

If he has a flush draw, that gives him 9 outs, you are favored.

If he has a flush draw with the Q, then he has 9 flush outs, plus 3 tens, for a total of 12 outs, it is basically a race.

If he has the nuts straight, you are drawing dead.

Since you have no real read on him as a dead rock, I would call since you are favored over most of his possible holdings. If you can add AA or KK that he was trying to limp raise, then that makes it an even easier call, but that seems unlikely from MP.
