The problem with your flop play is the 2+2'er can easily read your hand. There are no real draws you can have and you would not play a monster this way. The alternative play of betting and 3-betting the flop has merit. You don't have very much to worry about from the players in the middle. Soaking them for several bets through the installment plan is probably more profitable than confronting them with two bets cold.

You are now out-of-position against a player who knows your hand. This is going to hurt and there is no getting around this. Assuming you get blanks on the turn and river:

Turn: Check-call or bet-call. Your choice depending on how you read your opponent's aggressiveness.

River: Check-call. He won't fold a better hand and he is unlikely to call with a worse one.
