Isn't the whole idea of a celebrity that everyone knows who they are, they're famous, etc?
So isn't 'most obscure hot celebrity' sort of along the lines of 'most erect limp penis'??
Wouldn't this better be titled 'C List chicks of Maxim and Stuff who you might have missed' ??
