Default Affiliate Abuse

Hey guys as you know I work for PS, but I thought I would share this good Customer Service experience that I had with Party just...note links are broken since I don't want them getting any more hits!

Dear Sirs,

Please review the appropriate link referring your website… you will notice a picture of your site, and references to your site name included.

The “signup” link however will take you to EmpirePoker (under their affiate ID of wm=1701949). Clearly this is illegal use of your image and name. I should expect the correct legal action to be taken against this scumbag operator.

I contacted Empire directly but they could not see the problem…perhaps you can enlighten them.

Please take note Party Poker person – please forward this to the relevant department, and make sure that your contacts with Empire are used to ensure that this affiliate is stripped of their signups. Please respond to me when appropriate action has been taken.

Regards

Ellis Romero
