It's also pretty hilarious that Ohio's most prominent African-American is being accused of scheming to suppress the "inner-city democratic" (read: minority) vote.
Does the article mention anywhere that J. Kenneth Blackwell is African-American? No, because he is on the "wrong" side in this obviously racially charged accusation. However, "Jesse" is very quick to point out that fact about a Democrat:
