This is not a re-raise preflop, especially out of position (it's not even a re-raise if you're suited). As it went, calling the all in heads up was OK, but your mistake was made when you re-raised.
I also can't believe that UTG open raised and then folded here - very weak.
In your spot I call and play AK as the drawing hand it is - you'll make more that way and won't put yourself in a lot of coinflip or worse situations.
