You have to be carefull with those words. Unassisted by what? Humans, crutches, walkers? And how long can she walk? She's had 4 weeks of walking so the question is, is that enough time to build up enough muscle to walk 10 feet without any assistance? Maybe not, but stranger things have happened.
Then again, who cares, she has movement in her legs and in time it will only get better!
