Are you trying to make money or cover costs? We run about 2 games a week, tournament style at our place. We rake 5%of the entry fee from each player. This isn't enough to make money at our limits, but we use the money to buy cool stuff for the games like kem cards and such. This way we end up with fun poker stuff and friends dont feel like they are getting raked because they know they get to use the stuff all the time.
