CityPoker of the Prima Network sucks. I thought they had unlocked my account when in reality all they did was unlock it so I could log in - I still can't
Sit Down at a table or cash out.
So they open another investigation as to why I can't sit down. In their previous investigation (which lasted 3 weeks and didn't accomplish anything) I explained the entire situation - two seperate prima accounts (each with a verifiable person owning the account) from the same household logged in from same computer over the course of a week (not simultaneously).
3 weeks to investigate that and then unlock my account so I can log in but not play. Now it's going on a week as to why I can't play or cash out.
You don't even have to ask what my impression of Prima is.
