Are you factoring in the size of the pot in your decision? The pot is 11 SB to the flop. If it's 4 SB, I probably bail. The fact that 11 SB is in the pot already is huge. Play aggressively and maximize your chance of winning if you're ahead. If you're behind, you lose a few more bets, but you win with your aggressive play often enough that it's profitable. Standard SSH play on the flop I think.
