This is an easy call but I think you should have pushed from the beginning. QQ is a good hand, but with someone like that in SB, who will play aggressively and come over the top, it will lose a fair amount of time to Ax. Why not just win the pot right then which solidifes your position in the Top 3. The only time I wouldn't push when shortstacked is with AA, maybe KK.
