Its definately having trouble opening your database.
Do me a favor, download this test exe and rename it to PlayerViewNET.exe then copy it over your old PlayerViewNET.exe. You will get a new error message (hopefully) and there should be some data written to a file called error.txt. Copy and paste that data into a post for me please.
