just show up online and get the clan invite. You should be able to see who in the clan is online. I think the plan(maybe) is to get enough players so that we all don't really have to plan on being online, instead there will just always be a few people on to play with.
Yeah, you should be able to use the hands free mic as long as the jack fits. Thats what I heard atleast.
