Welcome to the forum Food. Don't let the rampant masses of flaming butt knuckles on this forum get to you. They are just trying to rack up big a '# of posts total' by flaming, making worthless posts, and making brown-nosing responses to two plus two authors' posts so they can tell themselves they are poker gurus when they probably couldn't beat a 4 bit/ 8 bit game on Party. Anyway the best answer is read Ed Miller's Small Stakes Hold'em(SSH). You were given this answer prior to saying you hadn't received a real answer.
