Alaska's option is actually a lot more lax. In Montana, you do have to have a caretaker of some sort, but not necessarily a physician, in order to toke up. In Alaska, however, the measure on the ballot basically makes it legal to grow, sell, smoke, even run on a business on weed. At least, that's what I gathered from the Fox News report.
