I'm not sure about Hand #1...I always have a hard time with "call with any 2."
Hand #2 The fact that UTG bet half his stack when less than 10xbb makes me suspicious. He is inviting a call and is going to push the flop no matter what. I would put him on AA,KK,AK. Anything less than that and he would probably be all in preflop. So you have 1/3 chance of being a slight favorite and a 2/3 chance of being dominated. I muck this one.
