Hello Lori,

Thank you for writing about this matter. Initially we were unsure whether
the problem was at our end, or a major routing problem for one of the
bigger ISP's. It became apparant that the problems were at our end, and We
did experience some problems which affected the performance of our games.
These problems have now been resolved.

One effect of this outage is that you may previously have reached the
PokerStars Cashier, but it showed a zero balance. The proper balance
should now be visible in the Cashier.

Some of our tournaments were cancelled, and refunds have already been
issued. However, if you, or any of your friends were playing in a
tournament at the time of the downage and did not complete the tournament,
please e-mail us with the subject line:

"REFUND: Txxxxxx, $a+b buy-in, USERID"

...where "xxxxxx" is the Tournament ID, "a+b" is the buy-in of the
tournament (for example, $20+2), and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.

We apologize for this outage, which is a very rare occurence here on
PokerStars. We appreciate your patience and understanding as well as your
business.
