Let me fist point out that I do not consider future betting. Just preflop all-in situations.

My guess is, someone who is able to use the source code could easliy make such a matrix.

And the reason I would like to have that data is to find out what hands one should
move in with (short-stacked or versus a short stack) in the late stages of a tournament.
This is because I don't believe that "the top n% of hands possible" is the correct answer.
Same for calling.
