Two pieces of advice I should give you are:
1. 10 pages per day doesnt sound like much now, but it can end up being a lot to some people once it gets going, so be flexible with the schedule and be willing to slow it down if need be.
2. For each Section have something to start the discussions off with. When I did this at the beginning of TOP the discussions went great, but when I left the discussion starters up to others because I felt like maybe I was dominating the conversation, it didn't drive conversation as much.
