You cheated that poor fool, plain and simple. The cards were face up before the flop - it's up to the dealer to correctly award the pot. I've never played in a game so cut-throat as to flat out cheat the winning hand out of the pot.
The fact that you 2 split the money is even more dispicable.
You should both be ashamed and you know it. Go pay that guy the money he deserves.
