I 2nd the emailing option. I had some trouble getting money from my bank into Neteller (6 DAYS AND COUNTING), and was going to miss the bonus expiation date. I emailed support and they were happy to offer me the bonus when I can get my account funded.
One of the many reasons I always end up back at stars. The games are a bit tougher, but everything else is so much better than the rest of the field (customer service especially) that I end up frustrated elsewhere.
