I just sent them an e-mail and also politely pointed out that I am a VIP member.
I think $400 is acceptable....although I'm not sure why they wouldn't just leave it at $500....what's the big difference anyway??
It's significantly more than I expected from them in this mess. And their response to this situation seems pretty professional to me.
(anxiously awaiting a response to my e-mail...and hopefully $400)!!
