Last time I was at Foxwoods, I was playing at a $5/10 game. It'd tightened up quite a bit, and the tigher players were starting to get annoyed with the even tighter players.
The guy to the left turns to me (after my nth consecutive fold) and says "If you wait for two good cards, you'll end up waiting all day. I say if you got one good one, that's enough to play."
I grew really fond of this guy.
