My local deli makes this one:

Parmesean encrsted Chiabata bread
2 layers of thick cut Provalone
2 layers thin sliced Montreal-style smoked meat
2 layers spicy Italian salami
2 layers procuttio ham

Spciy mustard to die for (they make it there), real butter, real mayo

I have them put on a sliced pickle and sliced banana peppers.

This is the reason I am fat and happy.
