I received the number +1 (866) 862-3625 when I opened my account a couple of weeks and needed to have it verifed. It's supposedly to Pay-Pro but the guy from which I received it emailed me from
info@empire.com and the person I spoke to had direct access to unblocking my account. Also, it's toll free in US and Canada, so if you live there you don't really have anything to lose by trying it.
