Well I don't have ADHD (at least I don't think so) so I wouldn't really know whether opiates would sharpen an ADHD sufferer's concentration. I just wanted to point out that the 'standard' treatments are all stimulants. Since I'm someone who can't concentrate without blasting techno in my eardrums I kind of sympathize with them. As for Clonidine I'm pretty sure its the central action that is important for ADHD, but feel free to correct me.
