It depends on the raiser.

Consider that most of our opponents play too many hands too passivly. Hence, I see a lot of ~5% and under PRF players. With such a narrow range of raising hands, folding can't be a big mistake. However, against pre-flop aggressive players or a position raise, AQo is a marginal 3-bet.

For the most part, attacking weakness means getting out of the way of a pre-flop raiser without a strong holding or at least a flush/set to fall back on...
