What does Pokertracker say for things like:

- Folded to steal?
- Went to SD%

the above don't exactly match your situation but give you some idea how loose he is.

In other words, how likely is he to call your reraise. It'll only cost him about 900 to call an all-in raise and you really don't want to be called if you raise. K 10 ain't much. If he's been steal- folding to raises a lot then maybe go all-in - but if you don't think you have much fold equite, I'd advise waiting until next time.
