I love the turn raise, but I might have a hard time not betting the river after the SB folds to your turn raise. He was the main threat to have you beaten on the turn, so after he folds you are only left with opponents who are going call-call-call, which top pair usually beats. The Q on the river could be trouble, but I think a bet it still worth consideration after they check it to you.
