either call and hope you hit a set or raise it up to 2k and see how he plays it. if he calls you prob. checks the flop to you and can decide to take a free card or not. be careful, you can lose...

you have to fold because if the tight player has has aa or ak or kk that takes 2 of your 6 outs so you have to fold.
