Odds on poket pairs question

the odds of being dealt a pair of aces before the flop is .45% or so correct? so if im at a table with ten players does that mean that someone will have pocket aces 4.5% (.45 * 10) of the time???

flush = 36/11= 18/5.5= 9/2.75 = 4.13-1

open end st8 = 39/8= 19.5/4= 9.75/2= 4.87-1

gut shot draw = 43/4= 21.5/2= 10.75-1

trips = 45/2= 22.5-1

pair = 44/3 = 22/1.5
