My w/t reasoning: If CO only has a flush draw, or a 9 and a gutshot or something, you still have to worry about SB, who beats you with any K or Q. Hopefully...

I just call the river here. If he's betting his busted flush draw there's no value in raising him. If he has an 8 and 3-bets however, you just cost yourself 2 bets.
