Re: Anna Kournikova

Ok, im not a stat expert, but from what I understand, 0.8 isn't that low considering he plays so many hands. I mean when you play 50%+ hands, you can't go all that crazy or you're playing like a...

Re: The obligatory how to improve my game post from a newb

26% vpip is too loose. It'd be ok if you were an experienced limit player (you play more hands, make more good decisions, etc), but right now you shouldn't be over 20%. 16% is considered the norm i...

Re: TP decent kicker, did I play this right?

You lost money not because you played the turn and river bad, but because you made a loose preflop call imo. It'd also be nice to know his agression factor. If it's very low (.8 or lower maybe?) im...

Re: How to play sets (new here and to limit)

Hand 1
Preflop - i don't limp utg online with 66 because there isn't enough multiway action to get implied odds. I think that calling a raise is about 0 EV. To give you and idea, when you have a...

Re: QQ...you be the judge.

First, I like capping the flop. You're not wasting a bet because you define BB's hand better (will he still lead the turn?)
Alright, onto the river raise. I love it if BB folds pocket kings and MP...

Re: Hustler Casino Regulars-L.A. ???

Re: JJ on 8 high board. money?

What's the point of calling 4 raises cold preflop then if we're gonna dump in on the flop unless we hit a set? Seems like JJ is about the same as 22 in a situation like this, and we're sure as hell...

Re: AK and a bad river card.

Re: QQ vs. overbet UTG raise

Re: omaha 5 cards

they run 3/6 5-card omaha at Morongo Casino (the one where they had Poker Superstars). Its a lot of fun and easy to make money if you're a good limit 8/b player.
