My own personal point of view is that Dell makes very little on the base units and a lot on the optional add-ons.
I'm guessing you can find a USB TV box for less than 100 dollars if you want one,...

Don't think you can with purely hardware.
However, using VNC or Windows Remote Desktop you probably can.
Both the above allow you to run programs on one machine and then view the screen of that...
