I would also consider betting the flop. You may have the best hand and it's a scary board to somebody not holding a diamond. It's a clear fold with two bets cold back to you though.

Fianchetto is not who you're thinking of. I'm virtually certain the Seahawks fan is not a 2+2 poster. He plays well though.

No, if you spend enough of the year residing in CA then you are liable for CA state taxes.

$40-$200 spread is a great game. I played it there yesterday. Nobody has a clue. Problem is it's not going to last in its current format.

If comparable rentals are cheaper than $900, then find some of them and show him the listings for them. You can then probably negotiate a little further down by pointing out that you've been model...

I don't think it's tough. It's tougher than the 1/1/2, but both games are quite soft, especially now that they're routinely spreading 3 tables of 2/3/5.
