Re: Rakeback, taxes, and an argument for the IRS
GAAP and Tax Code are two different animals. Although, I am sure Tilt's logic is seriously flawed as some others have pointed out, you certainly can't base any argument regarding the issue on GAAP. ...

I never defend my play. I never explain myself. I am seldom criticized or called a fish; but, when I am, I apologize and say I was listening to the Grateful Dead and got distracted.

Re: My answer and a request for info
Vegas has gotten tougher on Blackjack. Last time I was there, many of the places that had single deck bj went to a 6:5 payout on BJ. You will BJ just a little over 4% so this essentially wipes out...

I played at a table with you once when you play Q-6o in middle position and sucked out. The loser of that hand went off on you unmercifully for 20 or 30 minutes. Not only that you put him on tilt...

Buddha -- One suggestion-- get Poker tracker. It is $25 well spent. It has a category that shows flop % and also flop per centage not in the blinds. Also "see the flop per centage" at each seat. ...

Poker tracker sent an e-mail that Party has changed their format again. There is an alternative way but it seems cumbersome. Seems the only way is to complain en masse to get them to change it back.

I have just the opposite experience. At the .50/1 tables for May at Party - 1300 hands plus 4.77 BB/hour, while at Empire - 1645 hands minus .82 BB/hour.
Of course, there is no conspiracy, but we...
