Re: Sebok AQ hand

[ QUOTE ]
It's a perfectly reasonable play for someone who sucks at poker, which, obviously, he still does.
Checking the turn there is incredible weak.
Honestly, he looked like one of the...

Re: Trap Hand

I would min raise the turn to 600 or 700.
If river was not a 8c, I would push.

For 8c on the river, I would check first. Someone will bet for you for sure. I would call a medium bet.
For small...

Re: AA, How to get more from a LAG raiser?

I would base my decision on the opponent.
If the opponent is loose, I would push.
If the opponent is tight, I would raise to 5-6k.
If I don't know much about the opponent, I would raise to 5-6k.

Re: Look who finished 7th in the $2500 WCOOP

Pokerstars makes most of its profit from Ring games.
Players are the same: Most poker pros make most of their money at ring games.

Online casinos rake much less than live casinos.
Hope it is one...

Re: $2500 NL hand vs. Vinny Vinh at the Borgata Open

I think it is a good play against Vinny.

How would you play if you are against a solid player like Harrington?
What would you do after flop, after turn, after river?

Re: Two hands of KK i played

[ QUOTE ]
Regularly folding KK pre-flop is usually a pretty huge leak.

[/ QUOTE ]

What is your percentage of folding KK preflop?
My percentage = 0%. I never fold KK preflop.
Is that a big...

Re: Interesting hand - River decision

I would call.
With betting patern: limp, check, check, 1/2 pot.
Very likely he has 99, 88, T9 which made a boat.
He may also have T+something.
I would just call here.

I don't think he will...

Re: AK hand

When someone bets into me on a paired board, I often make a big raise and very often I take the pot down without a hand.

Paired boards are best for bluffing. Even pocket Aces and Kings are scared,...

Re: \"worst overcall I have ever seen a 2+2er make. \"

[ QUOTE ]
Given the table conditions I think I just fold UTG to start with.

[/ QUOTE ]

Fold AJ at UTG in the middle stage of a tourney?
Isn't this too weak?

Re: AK, M ratio = 6.5, Is this a Push?

Thanks. Nice comment.

Isn't it Ace high (King kicker) a strong hand PF when heads up? Ace high after flop is another story.

I agree with everyone and I indeed pushed.
But I feel it is an interesting hand and like to discuss some other options.

First, I will never fold here. I am not realy worry about AA or KK here....

Re: PP vs UB and PS

It is easier to win big pots at Party especially at 6max tables. Too many fishes out there. You maybe one of them.

I play at Stars.
