yeah, the movie really sucked balls...but i remember reading a post awhile back claiming that 'if you believe you're not in some way being cheated at the card table, then you're just another sucker'...

My opinion on hand one is to at least limp and maybe even call a SMALL raise especially if there are a lot of callers. Medium pairs, i believe are great trapping hands if you hit the set. Which btw...

Someone very good at poker once noted to never give up, let the blinds take you out before going on trash, you never know when your next hand will be AA.

My opinion on #3 i think depends on if you want to really have a chance at winning on just placing.

AT is an easy lay down, but what about 99 or TT?

I used to think any Ace and sometimes any King suited. Now I'm starting to believe to just let the blinds kill you and just pray...

I don't know why i question the honesty of these sites, I have consistently won for almost 2 years now and if their possible dishonesty encourages the play of 'FISH' then so be it.

To be a little more specific...I'm mainly talking about a local tourny they have once a month. It's just a little 50+5 No limit tourny with 100 players max but usually only fill about 70 or 80...

You have to realize that I play low stakes. To make the money in 9 of 10 isn't as hard to believe as you might think. In most online $5/10/20 single table tournaments you can...

I think a raise would depends on the 1st bet. Is $3.00 minimum? If it is then a $3 reraise would be in order against your typical player....He'll call and if your heart doesn't hit on the turn then...
