I have a problem with aggression.

Namely, I'm a wimp. So I am trying to be more aggressive. But I also have a sneaking suspicion I'm a total idiot too. Does this hand illustrate that?

Simple limits question

If a place says they have $2 to $10 limits (and $3 to $15), what exactly does that imply? I only understand what $1/$2 $2/$4 implies.
